Founded in 2018, Project New Yorker started with a clear-eyed purpose: the Bangladeshi immigrant women and youth of Queens and New York City deserved programs built around their actual lives, not generic one-size-fits-all services. From a second-floor office on Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, the organization has grown into a trusted resource for families navigating new systems, new languages, and new possibilities.
